The idea that the President cannot bar someone--anyone--from attending HIS event for ANY reason is beyond asinine. You do not have a Constitutional right to be considered press, to be given a press pass, or to even be present if you do have a pass. This is not what freedom of the press means and to pretend otherwise is an outright lie. And no, he should not allow Acosta back in, he should not allow Acosta to sit quietly in the back, he should not cancel press conferences if Acosta shows up, he should simply ignore the court and use his own security personnel to enforce Acosta's dismissal. ____________________________________________________________ Georgeair: "...looking around my house this morning, it's not easily defended for long by two people in the event of real anarchy. Yup. I’d never heard of this Acosta asshole until he started acting like a fool, harassing the President. Over time, he’s been elevated to “accept this fucker as news royalty” because of his antics. I only know him for being an asshole, and now he’s an entitled asshole with the full vacuum of the swamp sucking his nuts. Go ride something dry and splintery, Jim.
Oh that would be delicious. They’ll support him until he’s an actual detriment and then the blanket party happens. Not a damn thing any judge in the ountry could do about it, not even the Hawaiian judge. Suck it. ______________________________________________ Endeavoring to master the subtle art of the grapefruit spoon.

If there is no official journalist "licensing" how do you know when you are "violating the 1st amendment rights" of a "journalist"? Bar him for security reasons. When they ask what refuse to expalain on classification grounds. Let them file a FOIA request. Might take a while. Basically anyone can get access to the WH. Since there is no hard and fast requirement to be a "journalist" anyone should be able to claim it and get a press pass. Ridiculous.

This "ruling" by a judge is beyond ridiculous. How bad does a reporter have to act before the judge recognizes him for the ass that he is? Seriously - what if a so-called reporter started yelling some ridiculous mantra? What if Acosta just kept yelling over and over, "CNN is NOT fake news!" while other reporters couldn't ask any questions because Acosta's yelling was too loud? And, how would that be any different than what he actually has been doing - which is failure to yield the microphone to other reporters after he has The judge really is a moron. Of all the enemies the American citizen faces, the Democrat Party is the very worst.

WATCH: Trump Reveals What He's Going To Do Next Time Acosta Misbehaves https://www.dailywire.com/news...t-time-ryan-saavedra President Donald Trump revealed in an exclusive interview with Fox News, which is set to air on Sunday, that the next time CNN's Jim Acosta misbehaves during a news conference that he will be thrown out or the news conference will immediately end. "A federal judge, who you appointed has just ruled that you must give CNN reporter Jim Acosta his press pass back," Fox News Chris Wallace said. "Your reaction to the ruling, sir." "Yeah, it’s fine I mean it’s not a big deal," Trump responded. "What they said though is that we have to create rules and regulations for conduct etc. etc." "We’re doing that, were going to write them up right now," Trump continued. "It’s not a big deal and if he misbehaves we’ll throw him out or we’ll stop the news conference." "What are your rules going to be?" Wallace responded. "What is it that you’re saying?" "We’re writing them now. We’ll have rules of decorum you know you can’t keep asking questions," Trump replied. "We had a lot of reporters in that room, many many reporters in that room and they were unable to ask questions because this guy gets up and starts you know doing what he’s supposed to be doing for him and for CNN and you know just shouting out questions and making statements too." "But I will say this look, nobody believes in the First Amendment more than I do and if I think somebody is acting out of sorts I will leave I will say thank you very much, everybody, I appreciate you coming and I’ll leave," Trump concluded. "And those reporters will not be too friendly to whoever it is that’s acting up."

Jim Acosta is not going to be very popular once the new rules and procedures come down on decorum at press conferences. Let's hope President Trump cracks the whip. 1. Only one reporter per agency. Why should CNN have two passes? Who will CNN choose. Oh so sorry Apil Ryan, the white man gets to stay. 2. No more than one question, follow-ups at the speakers discretion. You must ask permission prior to asking your follow-up question. 3. If not in a wheelchair you stand up and speak into a microphone, positioned for asking questions. 4. No using electronic devices during your question. If you can't remember your question, it must not be that important. That's just a start on the rules, then we will talk about penalty for not following the established protocol. The ruling indicates that the Whitehouse must follow proper procedures. Now the Whitehouse just needs to establish the procedures. If played right this ruling is a win win for President Trump, and America. “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration…President Obama’s administration before this. We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” Pres. I wonder what would happen if a "journalist" went into this judge's courtroom and began shouting questions at the judge. Surely the judge would have them either removed or jailed in contempt. Could the judge then not be sued for violating the rights that he just found existed for "journalists"?

Little Jimmy the Accoster has made enemies even among his fellow journalists. https://www.dailywire.com/news...JkG-2aTBq9rRXbyxoc44 'This Isn't The Jim F***ing Acosta Show': Journalists Unload On CNN's Acosta Multiple reporters have privately complained about CNN's Jim Acosta in recent days as the reporter continues to wait on a federal judge's ruling as to whether he can at least temporarily restore the White House correspondent's press credentials. "A few CNN reporters told me that they’re embarrassed by Acosta & CNN," Republican strategist Arthur Schwartz said. "A WH correspondent from a major network (not Fox) told me 'This isn’t the Jim F*ing Acosta Show. We all hate him. He's an a**hole and he actually is disrespectful to the president.'" Arthur Schwartz ✔ @ArthurSchwartz A few CNN reporters told me that they’re embarrassed by Acosta & CNN. A WH correspondent from a major network (not Fox) told me “This isn’t the Jim F*ing Acosta Show. We all hate him. He’s an asshole and he actually is disrespectful to the president.” 28.5K 10:28 AM - Nov 13, 2018 A member of the White House press corps told The Daily Wire this afternoon that "Acosta's one-man show is a lot less about asking the president tough questions than it is about aspiring to [get] his own show on CNN." Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer revealed on Tuesday during an appearance on Fox News' "The Story," with Martha MacCallum, that he has heard similar remarks made by other members of the press that work with Acosta. Speaking about Acosta's antics that got his press pass taken away, Spicer said, "It was rude and unbecoming to his other fellow journalists more than anything else." "There is clearly a group of journalists that are disgusted and find Mr. Acosta's behavior out of line," Spicer continued. "But, what happens is, and I wrote about this in my book, that there's a bunch of groupthink and fear about going against the groupthink that they all face in there. And so, right now they all feel compelled to come out and say. But privately, they'll tell you that they find his behavior unacceptable and doesn't bode well for their industry." Ryan Saavedra ✔ @RealSaavedra Sean Spicer on CNN’s Jim Acosta: “I’ve actually spoken to several reporters … there’s clearly a group of journalists that are disgusted and find Mr. Acosta’s behavior out of line … privately they’ll tell you they find his behavior unacceptable...” 737 1:45 AM - Nov 14, 2018 Acosta's press pass was taken away last week after Acosta once again grandstanded the president during a press conference and then refused to give his microphone up to a White House intern who was instructed to take it from him. Acosta placed his hands on the intern and prevented her from taking the microphone: nders ✔ @PressSec We stand by our decision to revoke this individual’s hard pass. We will not tolerate the inappropriate behavior clearly documented in this video. 101K 9:33 PM - Nov 7, 2018 CNN and Acosta repeatedly lied (examples can be found here and here) about what happened, insisting that the event never happened despite the clear evidence that it did happen. .

If the judge considers it to be a violation of Acosta's first amendment rights to deny his WH credentials to attend news briefings, would the same judge also consider it to be a violation of his second amendment rights to deny him the right to carry a gun to the same briefing? The Judge focused more on the Fifth Amendment "due process" than the First. In regards to "due process" they asked for it and now they will get it. The Whitehouse is writing up the rules for decorum at press conferences. I see this as a win for the President. He now gets to lay down the rules, and the press can not accuse him of stifling the press when he does so. Link to article. ""In explaining his decision, Kelly said he agreed with the government’s argument that there was no First Amendment right to come onto the White House grounds. But, he said, once the White House opened up the grounds to reporters, the First Amendment applied. His ruling, however, primarily emphasized evidence indicating that the White House’s decision to boot Acosta had violated the Fifth Amendment, which guarantees due process in government actions. He said the White House’s decision-making was “so shrouded in mystery that the government could not tell me . . . who made the decision.” The White House’s later written arguments for banning Acosta were belated and weren’t sufficient to satisfy due process, Kelly said." “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration…President Obama’s administration before this.
