The rub is that he will never give up his seat, no matter what. He's been an asshole for his entire public life (and according to others, prior), he will do whatever he can to remain in the Senate, just to spite Trump and the citizens who support him. McCain not only has contempt for Trump, but for his constituents who elected him, and for the American people in general. He needs to go. Interpret the word any way you choose. That's about it. It's like having a good friend since way back when but in the last 10 or 20 years, he's done nothing but negative towards you, he may have been good to you before you have to write him off at some point. I especially hate his seeking the limelight such as when the supposed late night session on the health care repeal and he walks up and brings a thumbs down for his vote.
