It'll take longer to heat up the charcoal than to grill the steak, but that's what I'm doing.

This weekend, I did a T-bone, a filet, eight bacon wrapped pork medallions, maybe sixteen bacon wrapped chicken skewers, four steak skewers, fifteen sliders, ten or twelve pieces of grilling cheese and I smoked a pork shoulder. Oh, and I grilled a Picanha as well. Almost forgot about that and the four baked potatoes.

Bought 150# of charcoal yesterday which ought to cover me for a bit.

The wife made 60 egg bites which ought to cover me for breakfast at work for a while.

Oh, my word! The Lovely Girlfriend grilled up some filet mignon last night, accompanied by baked sweet potato and a salad. Peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream followed. Best meal I've had in a long time!

Did 5 monster (+/- 26oz ea) slab sirloin steaks on the big 26” Weber kettle. Reverse-seared on a charcoal and wood split fire. Wife roasted her homegrown purple potatoes, and washed it all down with some fresh made grape juice from our vines out back.

Smoked a butt for 9 hours. Ate some and gave at least half to family members.
