If this murderer yelled "Allahu Akhbar" before shooting, the liberals in Rhode Island will never admit it.

The place is an ultra-liberal cesspool but the first victim this shooter went after was a TPUSA type Republican activist? Yeah, totally random.

Oh bullshit. The other student killed is being described as a devout Muslim. What, you think the killer picked one from column A then one from column B to even things up? This type of speculation is exactly why there’s a two day rule: none of us know shit about the shooter, the victims, motivation, etc.

Law enforcement might want to consider a two-day rule as well. They apparently gave out their initial person of interest’s name and other personal information to the media who then blasted it out as fast as they could. Except, oops, he’s not the guy. Roll Eyes Bet that guy wants his 15 minutes back.

Where are you getting your information? Were you there? I’m having trouble finding a list of who was shot when, what their ideologies were, what clubs they belonged to, etc. I’m reading 30 students were in the room, 11 were shot, 2 killed plus over 40 rounds were fired.

You seem to believe the young woman was targeted for her beliefs, club membership, ideology, whatever. So again, why were the rest of the students shot, shot at, or killed? The shooter was a liberal therefore killed the conservative first, then shot the rest for diversity, inclusion and equity?

Michael Knowles gets it right...

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Current online speculation fits the profile I would expect.
His body shape and appearance seems to match the videos.

Changed his name as I believe is appropriate at this point.

Brown University is removing references to a Student Assistant.

All references to Mmmmmmmm Kkkkkkkkk have been removed from Brown University’s website.

Archived profiles described Mmmmmmmm as a queer Palestinian activist and a third generation Palestinian refugee before they were taken down.

“Meet Our Student Assistants: Mmmmmmmm
Kkkkkkkkk '27
Mmmmmmmm Kkkkkkkkk '27 is a first-year student considering concentrating in International & Public Affairs and Anthropology with a focus on the Middle East. They are a third generation Palestinian refugee born and raised in Lebanon. Attaining a scholarship to attend UW Maastricht, they have led and continue to help with community-building initiatives and social change roles. They are fond of bringing their lived experiences into academic spaces and participating in engaged scholarship. They are highly moved by questions of indigeneity, justice, and inclusion, and particularly interested in the intersection of queer studies with Palestinian studies.
Mmmmmmmm is also currently the Cultural Programming Coordinator for the Global Brown Center and on the e-board of the Arab Society.”

I was wondering about that guy this morning. Does he have any particular recourse? Man, I’d be ticked if I were in that situation.

I was born and raised in Rhode Island. What has happened to my home state is beyond belief. I grew up in coastal dairy country. We hunted the corn fields and fished in Narragansett Bay. We rode dirtbikes across the fields, and shot .22s at anything that looked like a target.

RI has apparently become a liberal pisshole.

This shooter would not have made it 10 steps when the Mob ran Providence. Unless, of course, he was Italian, but in that case, he'd have shot some guy in a Federal Hill basement, and not in an academic building at Brown.

New England is coming apart. Maine was once mostly conservative and very independent. New Hampshire was conservatism defined. Even the more left leaning states of Vermont, Massachusetts and Rhode Island were, for the most part, rational, working class, labor and union democrats, not crazy intersectional lefties.

I left out Connecticut, because real New Englanders regard it as New York with less of an accent. Big Grin

I bailed out of NH 11 years ago. It was a great state when I moved there in 1992 but starting about 2010 we started seeming a huge influx in New Yorkers, Massholes and others. The change was a very rapid deterioration from conservative to retarded.

I told people I was leaving because the weather sucked but it was really to get away from the assholes that infected the state. They destroyed it.
