Local Honda dealership completed the repairs and corporate followed-up with me frequently before the repairs and after to be sure I was satisfied. Very pleased with the way Honda responded.

See, I told you they would make it right. When my Civic’s engine block cracked, when it was all said and done, and I was picking it up at the dealer, the woman said “wow you really lucked out, this would have been $3500 out of your pocket!”. It cost me whatever the timing chain cost as that was something I asked to have done while they had it apart.
