I have always wondered; what happens AFTER you give out reparations? Even if you could arrange a "fair and honest" way of passing out the money, when it has all been spent/blown what are you going to use as a carrot to buy votes with next? You know that somebody is going to complain that they did not get their "fair share" or that they had not received "justice." When you open Pandora's box all the evil in the world will fly out. | |||

Reparations will never happen. The day after the Democratic nomination is decided, the talk about reparations will disappear. We all know what's going on here. The clown car full of Democratic primary candidates is getting crowded. They all have to differentiate themselves to the true believer lefties who vote in Democratic primaries. So it's let's see who can out lefty the rest of the pack. The DNC has made this even more extreme by deprecating the superdelagate system. So the primary voters will likely decide it. This should be a good thing. They're going to end up with the most extreme left candidate, and Trump can beat them over their head with their primary race promises. | |||

I hate to leave you all with the burden, but I have exempted myself from any and all monetary restitution for anything involving slavery, that may or may not involve living slaves that are due recompense for something that happened over 150 years ago by people whom my family never knew while they lived on a different continent. My family arrived on the shores of Boston in 1912 at which time we began to floroush under the free market system of our new found home, and even with all the terrible prejudice the Irish heaped upon us Italians we were able to make a living and contribute to society and furthermore have had absolutely nothing to due with any trade, service, or manufactured item that may or my not have had anything to to do with the involuntary servitude of any particular race, creed, or gender. As the sole male heir to my family name I VIGOROUSLY denounce any and all things that do not involve Italian reparations. In particular the hollywood film industry has maligned my heritage with countless "gangster" movies and by such has prevented me from achieving success. Quite frankly those movies have left me as an invalid. I can no longer walk into a bar without being asked to "make Spider dance" or receive "funny, funny how?" quotes as if being Italian I somehow know the answer to those questions. If you disagree with me you are racist to the core and as such have no standing to speak to me as an intelligent human being. Presuming hypothetically the political forces that want to pay reparations come to power in a way that would allow them to do so (winning the presidency and control of Congress), they'd likely be paid put of normal federal tax revenues. Assuming your someone who works for an employer, who collects and pays taxes for you, how are you going to avoid paying?

Good question. As a resident of NC now I am a victim of Jim Crow laws with regards to purchasing a handgun. The racist pistol purchase permit was designed to prevent blacks from aquiring handguns back in the day. We still live with it. I have my concealed permit now but the racist laws are still on the books. Give me muh money! | |||
