It will be interesting to see what kind of deal she will be able to cut. She may have a lot of evidence to provide regarding Epstein's big hitter friends and "clients". SDNY may be after much bigger fish.

Bill Barr fired the DA in the NY district(federal level), and his replacement immediately filed charges. I guess maybe Bergman wasn’t doing his job to the best of his ability.


Either that or the DA was getting in on it as well. Or was trying to protect someone who was. Either way, the old DA failed and was thankfully fired.
Hopefully some of those young women might get some measure of justice and a bit of closure.

not so much 'what she did' -- its more 'what she knows'

her testimony could be incredibly damning to a lot of powerful people

someone in that role -- if she's smart -- has a 'get out of jail free' token stashed somewhere -- a disk drive / diary / whatever to hand prosecutors in trade for immunity

if they pursue this vigorously it will be a hell of a shit-show

i am extremely interested to see how the Miami plea-deal factors into this

Glad the prior political hack DA in NY got canned. I suspect the new DA will keep her in federal custody, and have 'Top! Men!' assuring she gets to sing.

The whole Epstein case isn’t high on my list. I do think the way the news narrative is going, she’ll have the book thrown at her. She’s alive, someone to find responsible.

Again, not saying at all she doesn’t deserve it, it was all fun & games back in the day. While at it, drag a few high profile politicians into the fray.

These statements are contradictory. The only way the feds could possibly nail other high profile players is if they don't throw the book at her and cut a deal. Otherwise, what possible incentive would she have to talk? Her conscious? Ha, yeah right.
