Reheating pizza? Room temp or cold is the way to go.

Most of the time, I would eat leftover pizza cold.

I've reheated it on the propane grill on the top rack for a few minutes.
The kitchen oven about 400 degrees directly on the middle rack worked well also. a brush of olive oil on the crust before reheat supposedly helps keep the crispness.

Sometimes when I'm doing my delivery route, or when the crew is in the hangar running the bottling machine, I will order pizza for lunch.

I always order more than we can possibly eat (yes, there is a finite limit, believe it or not).

I bring the leftover home for my wife to have for dinner. It can be eight or nine hours, maybe more, before she gets to eat her share.

I pre-heat the oven to 350 F, put pizza in for three to five minutes, and Bob's Your Uncle.

"reheating" and "pizza" are words that don't belong near one another, IMO.

If pressed, I 'reheat' using a room-sized oven at room temperature... Wink

Leftover pizza is eaten as-is, IMO. Especially if it's the morning after & includes an alcohol-induced headache.

8-10 minutes on a Pizza Pizzazz. In fact, I do that with fresh pizza because I can’t stand a floppy crust.

Usually 15-30 in the microwave, then I throw it in a cold oven and set it to 350. By the time it is preheated, the slice is ready to go and at about 90% of it's former glory.

I stick it in the cold oven and let it heat up with the oven. When the oven is at temp, it’s done.

I reheat pizza the same way I roast pecans. place it in a cold oven turn it to preheat to 350. when it dings telling me its heated, the pizza is ready (or the pecans are perfectly roasted).
