Seems like a bunch of hog wash.
However I thought just moving my cell phone to the other side of the room instead of next to my head while I slept was a bunch of hog wash.
That however has been a game changer.

Do you see any added benefits from earth grounding sheets?

Never tried them but I am a believer in walking barefoot in the dirt/sand/grass. There is something calming about it. Supposedly grounding is a real thing.

For sheets wouldn't they have to be grounded to something? Otherwise they are just somewhat conductive but not grounded.

There is a metallic mesh embedded in the sheets and you plug them into the ground on a wall outlet.

Never heard of it so I googled it. The two I looked at uses the ground on an electrical plug to ground the sheets.

Never heard of them so I looked them up. Call me skeptical.

When I was a kid I had a heating blanket at one point. How does that work into this grounding thing? Good or bad.

Seems about as legitimate as taping cow magnets to your fuel line to get better mileage.

Or remember those copper bracelets everyone wore for a year and swore how good they worked. Then everyone quit wearing them.

Far be it from me to dismiss any new idea out-of-hand, no matter how wackadoodle it may seem at first blush.

Indeed? Ok, enquiring minds want to know: 1. In what way(s) has it been a game-changer and 2. What is the theory behind the benefit of doing that? (Other than the immediately obvious, such as notifications disturbing ones sleep.)

Same. With essential oils diffusing in the background, copper bracelets on my wrists, a tin foil hat on my head, and the feng shui of the room properly aligned so my chi can flow freely.

Oh, and don't forget the Mouth Tape (TM). A bargain at only $19.95 per strip at my webstore.

Everyone who's anyone knows that you'll never be a successful entrepreneur/bitcoin investor/TikTok influencer if you don't tape your mouth while you sleep.

You don’t want your chi flowing freely if your bed is plugged into a wall.
