I would wake up 3-10 times every night. Most of the time Would just go on back to sleep just to wake up a little while later.
There would be a night every month or so I would wake and not be able to fall back asleep.

Sleep all night through nearly every single night now. There are nights when I don’t even wake up one one of the boys crawls into our bed in the middle of the night.

My mom uses one of these things, no doubt they’re snake oil. She’s into all of this “natural health” nonsense……the stories that I could tell, if I had hours and hours, I could fill a book. I posted here in frustration several months ago because she ordered us some “EMF blocker” thing, and had it sent to our house, without telling us, until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Whatever this stupid thing is, it’s done absolutely nothing for us since we got it, and she paid $6500 for the stupid thing.

The effect is tripled if you have a pyramid over the bed!

Keeping EMF current away from your head while sleeping is extremely important. Also, as mentioned somewhere above, walking in sand or dirt with bare feet does something. If feels so relaxing, I suspect there is a physiological reason with some health benefits.

As to a mattress or sheets, that would be interesting to try out some day.

I did that a few months back and broke my little toe or something. I can't move it anymore and hurts when a bend it downward.

It was a standard definition DVD rip also I thought the movie was just OK.
