EO may or may not be allowed here. But it’s worth a chuckle giving the left a taste of their own medicine and keeping their legal teams busy and off balance. The left does all kind of unconstitutional shit, even admittedly unconstitutional, that requires us to sue in response.

When cheating in elections is occurring with impunity in these states (mainly Democrat controlled) it is depriving the other citizens of those states and the nation their civil rights to fair and free elections.

The states don't have unlimited rights to conduct elections. One example is denying someone the right to vote based on their skin color.

I hope some of these common sense EOs getting ready to be signed will be upheld by the appeals courts or SCOTUS.

He and his people are traveling all 50 states and studying how counties and states both blue and red are creating a horrible mess of voting rolls in all the states. Trump Warns 'Radical Left Court' Against Ending Tariffs Plan

President Donald Trump is urging obstructionists to stop the crusade against his agenda, saying if the "radical left court" terminates the prosperity from tariffs, the U.S. would become a "third world nation."

"More than 15 trillion dollars will be invested in the USA, a record," Trump hailed in a Sunday night Truth Social post. "Much of this investment is because of tariffs.

"If a radical left court is allowed to terminate these tariffs, almost all of this investment, and much more, will be immediately canceled! In many ways, we would become a third world nation, with no hope of greatness again.

Trump's remarks come as courts weigh legal challenges to key elements of his trade policy. He framed tariffs as a driver of record U.S. investment and positioned their removal as a threat to American prosperity, amplifying his broader campaign message of economic nationalism.

"Prices are 'way down' in the USA, with virtually no inflation," Trump wrote in another Truth Social post Sunday evening. "With the exception of ridiculous, corrupt politician approved 'windmills,' which are killing every state and country that uses them, energy prices are falling, 'big time.' Gasoline is at many year lows.

"All of this despite magnificent tariffs, which are bringing in trillions of dollars from countries that took total advantage of us, for decades, and are making America STRONG and RESPECTED AGAIN!!!"

Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., said Sunday that all the legal wrangling over tariffs is effectively a self-fulfilling prophecy for anti-Trump obstructionist forces.

"The ultimate thing that I'm hearing, Kristen, more than anything else from all the companies that I've talked to, is they just want it to be set," Lankford told NBC's "Meet the Press" host Kristen Welker on Sunday.

"They just want to know what the rules of the road are. Every time there's a new court hearing, every time there's a new change, it's destabilizing for every one of our businesses.

"So let's get all these things resolved as quickly as we possibly can."

Echoing Trump, Lankford also noted the obstructions are wrong on tariffs causing inflation.

"What we're seeing right now is inflation is still stable at this point," Lankford said. "We've not seen a rise in inflation during this time period. As the White House has said over and over again, they're watching that.

"They're attentive to that to be able to make sure we don't see that."

The Department of Housing and Urban Development, under Secretary Scott Turner, is moving to tighten enforcement of federal housing rules by requiring Section 8 tenants to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status.

Turner announced Friday that HUD has launched a nationwide audit of public housing authorities, warning that federal funding could be withheld from agencies that fail to verify tenant eligibility. The move follows President Donald Trump’s executive order directing federal agencies to ensure that taxpayer-funded benefits do not extend to undocumented immigrants.

“No longer will illegal aliens be able to leave citizenship boxes blank or take advantage of HUD-funded housing, riding the coattails of hardworking American citizens,” Turner said in a statement.

Federal law already prohibits noncitizens without legal status from receiving housing assistance, but past administrations have allowed local housing authorities discretion in enforcement. HUD officials say the new audit will standardize compliance nationwide and prioritize American citizens and legal residents.

The agency has also signed a data-sharing agreement with the Department of Homeland Security to help identify ineligible tenants. Critics, including immigrant advocates and some lawmakers, argue that the policy could discourage eligible mixed-status families from applying for housing aid and raise privacy concerns over the use of personal data.

HUD is separately implementing new restrictions on Federal Housing Administration–backed mortgages, eliminating eligibility for applicants without permanent legal residency. That change, which took effect in May, excludes recipients of programs such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and those with pending asylum cases.

Turner said the measures are aimed at restoring integrity to housing programs and ensuring that benefits reach citizens and lawful residents. “American families should not have to compete with those here illegally for housing supported by their tax dollars,” he said.

Even though the National Guard just supported the police and arrested no one. But this latest round of lawfare is no surprise.


Democrat Judge Rules Trump Deployment Of National Guard Troops To Los Angeles Was Illegal

A federal judge in California ruled on Tuesday that President Donald Trump violated a 19th century law when he mobilized 4,000 National Guard troops and 700 marines to Los Angeles in June.

"The evidence at trial established that Defendants systematically used armed soldiers (whose identity was often obscured by protective armor) and military vehicles to set up protective perimeters and traffic blockades, engage in crowd control, and otherwise demonstrate a military presence in and around Los Angeles," wrote US District Court Judge Charles Breyer (Clinton) in a 52-page ruling.

"In short, Defendants violated the Posse Comitatus Act," he continued.

Breyer's ruling follows a three-day drial last month, in which lawyers for the state of California argued that Trump had exceeded his authority when he deployed the federal troops to deal with thousands of protesters who took to the streets of downtown LA against his immigration policies.

California asked Breyer to order the Trump administration to return control of the remaining troops to Gov. Gavin Newsom, and to halt the use of the military "to execute or assist in the execution of federal law."

Of note, Breyer's order is limited to California, and Trump doesn't have to withdraw the 300 National Guard troops currently on the ground in LA. Those troops can continue to protect federal property under the Posse Comitatus Act - an 1878 law that prevents a president from using the military as a domestic police force without Congressional approval.



According to Breyer, Trump "deployed the National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles, ostensibly to quell a rebellion and ensure that federal immigration law was enforced," adding "There were indeed protests in Los Angeles, and some individuals engaged in violence," but that "there was no rebellion, nor was civilian law enforcement unable to respond to the protests and enforce the law."

The Trump administration is now prevented from using military troops in the Golden State "to execute the laws, including but not limited to engaging in arrests, apprehensions, searches, seizures, security patrols, traffic control, crowd control, riot control, evidence collection, interrogation, or acting as informants," unless the situation falls under the Posse Comitatus Act.

And while the order only applies to California, Breyer wrote that Trump's intention to deploy National Guard troops in other cities would be "creating a national police force with the President as its chief."

While the judge’s decision may have minimal impact on the ground in California, the case could still have nationwide implications as Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth deploy National Guard members in Washington, D.C., and threaten to do so in other blue cities to address street crime. The Trump administration is likely to appeal Breyer’s decision, which could result in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and even the Supreme Court weighing in on the administration's unconventional use of the National Guard. -Fox News

Breyer's decision comes shortly after the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit halted one of his emergency orders issued in June in which he ordered Trump and Hegseth to hand the National Guard back to Newsom.

Appeals Court Allows EPA to Cancel $16 Billion in Climate Grants

A federal appeals court ruled a lower court judge had no authority to halt the termination of the program.

A divided federal appeals court on Sept. 2 ruled that the Trump administration may terminate $16 billion in grants to nonprofits intended to finance climate-related projects.

The three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit voted 2–1 to reverse U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan’s injunction preventing the federal government from withholding the funds.
In the case Climate United Fund v. Citibank, environmentalists sued the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)—which had custody of the funds—and its administrator, Lee Zeldin.

The groups said they were unlawfully denied access to the funds that were previously awarded to them and that the funding freeze created hardships by making it difficult for them to operate.

In March, the EPA terminated the grants amid concerns about a lack of oversight and transparency. The program, known as the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund or “green bank,” was approved under the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act and saw the EPA award $20 billion in grants to eight entities to launch climate-related projects.

In announcing the cancellation of the program, Zeldin described it as a “gold bar” scheme.

He said the decision to end the program was based on “substantial concerns regarding program integrity, objections to the award process, programmatic fraud, waste and abuse, and misalignment with the agency’s priorities.”

Writing for the majority, Circuit Judge Noemi Rao said the nonprofits’ arguments did not belong in federal district court.

The district court lacked jurisdiction, or authority, “to hear claims that the federal government terminated a grant agreement arbitrarily or with impunity,” the judge said.

The district court “abused its discretion in issuing the injunction,” and the grantees are unlikely to win their case on the merits “because their claims are essentially contractual,” she said.

The case should have been brought in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, which has exclusive jurisdiction to hear such cases, Rao said.

So if a federal judge accepts a case they have no jurisdiction over, and grant an injunction anyway, what is the penalty against the judge?

President Trump just formally announced that the Space Force will be moved to Huntsville, AL where it should have been all along. He also announced nicknaming Huntsville as "The Rocket City" (something we have already been since the 1960's ). His announcing the new nickname was rather embarrassing to us who have been in this area most all of our lives as it sounds like he was clueless on the subject!
