Somebody wake me when the DOJ actually locks any of these Biden era jack wagons up. I’m so sick of the word indicted. Not that I’m for tossing innocent people in jail. An honest and fair trial is mandatory. But it’s all been sensational headlines so far.

It's hard to tell, for me at least, if Pam Bondi and Kash Patel are up for the job. If I'm right, and they're out of their league, as much as I like them, Trump needs to replace them now. Nice is nice to have, but if you can't get the job done you gotta go, and replace them with smart executives who measure their contribution not with words but with regular, predictable, and valuable DELIVERABLES. With limited time left in the WH, POTUS's appointees need to git-r-done, like blowing up speed boats filled to the brim with cocaine and fentanyl. Sometimes you gotta roll up your sleeves and take out the ever lovin *&^$#@* trash.

Trump is a master at sidestepping the time wasting barriers. He has accomplished an astonishing amount in less than a year!

Yet, there are some processes that just take time. Even more so when deep state operatives are hobbling progress.

Kash and Pam are moving things forward. They've had to cut through barriers put up by their predecessors. Discovering what is hiding, and then collating the information along with new investigation is not an instant process. Moving to grand juries and then into trial takes time.

Much of this is necessarily secret from the public. They are, hopefully, being careful with the details so that no landmines or loopholes are triggered.

All of what we want to see them accomplish is on top of all the regular work of DoJ and FBI.

I have faith Trump's team isn't going to fail us.

DC judges, DC grand juries, DC juries will usually side with the democrats against Trump.

They have to move the charges to another venue. Since the malfeasance of Comey affected all Americans who have a right to the President they elected, he should be indicted anywhere his lies affected U.S. Citizens - essentially "everywhere".

But I am sorta OK with doing everything possible to cause them massive legal bills for their defense, even if they are not eventually convicted. If Tish James is so poor she has to save a few grand by lying on her mortgages, I would think $100's of thousands of legal bills for defense attorneys are way beyond her means.

The point is to send the message that engaging in lawfare against a duly elected President to thwart the will of the people will result in their ruination.

A new National Security Strategy from the White House is putting Europe’s demographic trajectory squarely in the spotlight, warning that continued mass migration could push the continent into an era of political, economic, and cultural upheaval that directly affects the United States.

According to Fox News, rather than focusing on any single crisis, the 33-page document frames Europe’s current direction as a long-term strategic concern for Washington.

It argues that rising migration levels, collapsing birthrates, and shifting national identities are combining to create instability that could alter the continent in ways the U.S. has never had to confront.

“Should present trends continue, the continent will be unrecognizable in 20 years or less,” the strategy states, calling the threat of “civilizational erasure” a more pressing danger than Europe’s economic slowdown.

The warning marks one of the administration’s most sweeping assessments yet of Europe’s trajectory.

It suggests that several countries may soon lack the economic strength or the military capacity to remain dependable partners — a possibility the White House says could strain NATO and weaken deterrence against adversaries.

“As such, it is far from obvious whether certain European countries will have economies and militaries strong enough to remain reliable allies,” the document notes, adding that some governments are “doubling down on their present path” despite growing internal division.

The strategy argues that the changes underway could lead to a future in which “certain NATO members will become majority non-European,” raising questions about how those nations might view their alliances, global responsibilities or commitments to the United States.

Should the U.S. government address the consequences of migration on Europe's stability?
phics, the report says Europe’s shrinking share of global GDP — down from 25% in 1990 to 14% today — reflects “national and transnational regulations that undermine creativity and industriousness.”

But it stresses that the economic decline, substantial as it is, pales in comparison to the demographic and cultural transformation already in motion.

The White House also cites migration costs and crime statistics across Europe as evidence of strain, pointing to data from the Netherlands, France, Denmark, and Germany.

In a statement defending the strategy’s blunt tone, White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said European governments are already facing consequences from “open border policies” that have “led to widespread examples of violence, spikes in crime, and more.”

Kelly said President Donald Trump’s border policies “saved America from such destruction,” adding that “other countries would be wise to follow suit.”

Trump has warned European leaders directly in recent years, saying during a visit to the United Kingdom that mass immigration would “destroy Europe” and that the continent was “not going to survive” without dramatic policy changes.

The strategy document also lays out broader foreign policy ambitions. Alongside its Europe warning, the White House commits to enforcing the Monroe Doctrine and introduces what it calls a “Trump Corollary” — an initiative aimed at pushing back against foreign powers in the Western Hemisphere and strengthening U.S. influence across the region.

“After years of neglect, the United States will reassert and enforce the Monroe Doctrine to restore American preeminence in the Western Hemisphere,” the document reads. Trump’s foreword describes the strategy as a “roadmap to ensure America remains the greatest and most successful nation in human history.”

Taken together, the White House blueprint outlines a sweeping worldview — one centered on the belief that demographic and geopolitical shifts in Europe and the Western Hemisphere could determine America’s future security for decades to come.

Comey is the swamp.
The judges do not want the swamp drained.

Judge Temporarily Blocks DOJ From Using Evidence Proving James Comey's Guilt

A federal judge has dealt a setback to Justice Department efforts to seek a new indictment against former FBI Director James Comey, temporarily barring prosecutors from using evidence they had relied on when they initially secured criminal charges.

The ruling Saturday night from U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly does not preclude the department from trying again soon to indict Comey, but it does suggest prosecutors may have to do so without citing communications between Comey and a close friend, Columbia University law professor Daniel Richman.

Comey was charged in September with lying to Congress when he denied having authorized an associate to serve as an anonymous source for media coverage about the FBI.

In pursuing the case, prosecutors cited messages between Comey and Richman that they said showed Comey encouraging Richman to engage with the media for certain FBI-related coverage.

The case was dismissed last month after a different federal judge ruled that the prosecutor who filed the charges, Lindsey Halligan, was unlawfully appointed by the Trump administration.

But that ruling left open the possibility that the government could try again to seek charges against Comey, a longtime foe of President Donald Trump.

After the case was thrown out, lawyers for Richman sought a court order that would bar prosecutors from continued access to his computer files, which the Justice Department obtained through search warrants in 2019 and 2020 as part of a media leak investigation that was later closed without charges.

But Richman and his lawyers say that in preparing the criminal case against Comey, prosecutors relied on data that exceeded the scope of the warrants, illegally held onto communications they should have destroyed or returned and conducted new, warrantless searches of the files.

Kollar-Kotelly on Saturday night granted Richman’s request for a temporary restraining, instructing the department “not to access the covered materials once they are identified, segregated, and secured, or to share, disseminate, or disclose the covered materials to any person, without first seeking and obtaining leave of this Court.”

“Given that the custody and control of this material is the central issue in this matter, uncertainty about its whereabouts weighs in favor of acting promptly to preserve the status quo,” the judge stated.

Kollar-Kotelly ordered the government to “identify, segregate, and secure” the image of Richman’s personal computer, along with his email accounts and other materials taken from his electronic devices, and barred prosecutors from accessing those files without the court’s permission.

She gave the Justice Department until Monday afternoon to certify that it is compliance with the order.

A Justice Department spokesperson declined to comment Sunday on the ruling and what it meant for revived charges against Comey.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Simply release the information that implicates Comey. Do it in a way that both hides the releaser and irrecoverably implicates Comey. Get it into the open and let the American people, (the actual EMPLOYERS of each and every person working for the government) decide to put swampers on notice that we are SICK of leftist activism stymying the process. I’m not opposed to the PEOPLE forcing the issue once the cat is out of the bag. Otherwise, the left will drag this out forever.

I’ve said it before. President Trump is changing the MSM.

“Paramount CEO David Ellison assured Trump officials that if the government OKs his company's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) he would overhaul the president's media arch nemesis – CNN.

Netflix announced last Friday it reached a deal to acquire Warner and HBO properties for $72 billion - but Paramount immediately launched a hostile counterbid, taking its case directly to shareholders.

The Netflix-WBD merger is facing a stiff challenge from Paramount, whose majority shareholder is the billionaire Donald Trump ally, Oracle founder Larry Ellison. …”

Susie Wiles Says Trump to Campaign ‘Like It’s 2024’ for Republicans in Midterms

‘I haven’t quite broken it to him yet but he’s going to campaign like it’s 2024 again,’ the White House chief of staff said.

White House chief of staff Susie Wiles said President Donald Trump will be campaigning frequently ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, coming weeks after Democrats won in several statewide elections.

“Typically, in the midterms, it’s not about who’s sitting at the White House. You localize the election, and you keep the federal officials out of it,” Wiles told “The Mom View,” in an interview uploaded to YouTube on Dec. 8.
Wiles suggested that Republicans may face headwinds when Trump is “not on the ballot and not active,” adding: “I haven’t quite broken it to him yet, but he’s going to campaign like it’s 2024 again.”

Republicans posted losses in the gubernatorial elections in New Jersey and Virginia in November, while the GOP candidate underperformed Trump in Tennessee’s Seventh Congressional District during the Dec. 2 special election.

Wiles, who helped manage Trump’s 2024 campaign, said that most administrations try to localize midterm elections and keep the president out of the race but that she intends to do the opposite.

“We’re actually going to turn that on its head,” Wiles said, “and put him on the ballot because so many of those low-propensity voters are Trump voters.”

Ahead of the November elections, Trump was frequently traveling overseas on foreign policy trips. On Dec. 9, Trump is traveling to Pennsylvania to tout his administration’s policies regarding lowering the cost of goods.

Trump is holding his rally in a congressional district held by freshman Rep. Rob Bresnahan (R-Pa.), who will likely be targeted by Democrats after he won his 2024 race by about 1.5 percentage points, among the nation’s closest. Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mayor Paige Cognetti, a Democrat, is running for the nomination to challenge him.

“What you have to understand, the word affordability, I inherited a mess. I inherited a total mess. Prices were at an all-time high when I came in. Prices are coming down substantially,” Trump said in an interview with Politico that was released on Dec. 9.
“Prices are all coming down. It’s been 10 months. It’s amazing what we’ve done.”

Voters in the Virginia and New Jersey governor races, the New York City mayoral contest, and the California ballot proposition all cited economic concerns as a top issue in exit polls. The president largely stayed away from those contests, held in November.

Instead, Trump focused on foreign policy issues, including traveling in October to Egypt and Israel to oversee a cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hamas. He also traveled to Alaska to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in August, and he met with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in South Korea in late October.

Meanwhile, Trump has said he’s giving consumers relief by relaxing auto fuel-efficiency standards and signing agreements to reduce list prices for prescription drugs.

The president has also advocated cuts to the Federal Reserve’s benchmark interest rate that influences the supply of money in the U.S. economy. He says that this would reduce the cost of mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, and other goods and services.
