ICE Boston announces that this MS-13 gang member they arrested during our embed last week had already been ordered deported from the U.S. in October and was facing local gun charges, but he was released into the community by the East Boston District Court the day before our embed, after the court ignored ICE’s detainer request.

He was also caught and released at the border by the Biden administration in March 2021.

To summarize: An illegal alien MS-13 gang member gets released at the border, has his due process and is ordered deported by a DOJ immigration judge, then gets arrested in Boston on gun & drug charges, where he is protected by sanctuary policy and released onto the streets after ICE’s detainer request is ignored.

MS-13 gang membership, a final order of removal, and firearms charges still did not warrant cooperation with ICE.

Trump Wins $25 Million Settlement From Meta, and Elizabeth Warren Is Losing It

President Donald Trump just scored a sizeable chunk of change from Meta Platforms after the company agreed to pay a $25 million settlement related to a 2021 lawsuit over the suspension of the president’s Facebook account.

The Wall Street Journal reported that $22 million of the settlement will fund Trump’s presidential library. The rest will be allocated to legal fees and the other plaintiffs who filed suit against Meta.

This development comes after Meta suspended Trump’s Facebook account after the January 6, 2021, riot at the United States Capitol building. Several other social media companies, including Twitter, also nuked the president’s account to silence him.
