Among those drawing attention to the Charlottesville campus was America First Legal, a conservative group founded by Trump aide Stephen Miller. They have already done that in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) and decided in favor of the defendants. They will need to overrule that decision.

They did nothing of the kind. The Wong Kim Ark decision ruled that the children of LEGAL RESIDENTS were U.S. Citizens, and today that means the children of Green Card Holders, or possibly people on immigrant visas that will lead to a green card eventually.

The court did not state that illegal aliens' children are citizens. Stop repeating leftist nonsense written by hacks intending to mislead the public.
