No surprise to us.

“FBI Director Kash Patel has dug up evidence the agency shut down an investigation that shows the former director buried proof China interfered in the 2020 presidential election.

The Daily Mail can exclusively report that Patel plans to hand over to Congress on Wednesday proof that former FBI Director Christopher Wray lied to Congress.

Specifically, he will detail how headquarters 'recalled' a report solely because it contradicted Wray's claims under oath to Congress that China was not conducting a foreign influence campaign in U.S. elections.

The FBI field office in Albany, New York produced an Internal Intelligence Report (IRR) that was published and then pulled back without justification, Patel reveals.

FBI bosses at the time shut down this legitimate investigation into the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to shield Wray from fallout, sources tell the Daily Mail.

The FBI was investigating at the time the existence of CCP-produced drivers licenses to obtain paper ballots and the Albany office published an IRR on the claims.

They were then told by headquarters to pull the report and pretend it didn't exist, Patel will reveal. …”

Yep no sense in wasting time on these past wrong doings unless there is actual intent on prosecuting and handing out sentencing according to law. Waste of time and money otherwise.

Italian defense minister says NATO ‘as it is’ has no reason to exist

NATO Leaders Agree To 5% Hike In Defense Spending As Rutte Warns 'No Opt-Outs Or Side Deals'

As expected, NATO members have agreed to new commitment to significantly boost defense spending, aiming to raise military budgets to 5% of GDP over the next decade—more than double the current 2% benchmark—at the ongoing major annual summit being held in The Hague. NATO's 32 leaders proclaimed Wednesday: “Allies commit to invest 5% of GDP annually on core defense requirements as well as defense-and security-related spending by 2035 to ensure our individual and collective obligations.”

The Trump-backed decision is being finalized in Netherlands this week, with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte having hailed the proposal as a "quantum leap' during a press briefing. Trump declared Tuesday that we're with NATO "all the way". And on Wednesday he's expected to give a big address, as all eyes are focused on the Iran bombing and what's next.

Bloomberg notes, also as fully expected and long ago previewed, that the spending target includes 3.5% via core defense and 1.5% in related investment covering infrastructure and cybersecurity.

The only real surprise was that Zelensky, who is not even in the alliance, showed up in a suit...

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

however, the problem is that the price has already been paid by the people of this country and its highly unlikely that that any of the perpetrators will ever face justice

there is zero appetite amongst the hired help to go after any of their own because they're almost all on the take, and you prosecute one, that opens the floodgates and that must never happen

It’s a waste of time, if it’s just dog and pony show, “Oh, we exposed this”, and the scumbags continue to walk free writing books and giving speeches, thumbing their noses at us. It’s been what, ten years since these assholes tried to destroy Trump. Are any of them in federal prison?

WTOP.com: Trump administration sues Maryland federal judges over order blocking removal of immigrants

The Associated Press

June 25, 2025, 2:47 PM

The Trump administration has filed a lawsuit against federal judges in Maryland over an order that blocks the immediate removal of any detained immigrant who requests a court hearing.

The unusual suit filed Tuesday in Baltimore against the chief judge of the U.S. District Court in Maryland and the court’s other judges underscores the administration’s focus on immigration enforcement and ratchets up its fight with the judiciary.

At issue is an order signed by Chief Judge George L. Russell III and filed in May blocking the administration from immediately removing from the U.S. any immigrants who file paperwork with the Maryland district court seeking a review of their detention. The order blocks the removal until 4 p.m. on the second business day after the habeas corpus petition is filed.

In its suit, the Trump administration says such an automatic pause on removals violates a Supreme Court ruling and impedes the president’s authority to enforce immigration laws.

“Defendants’ automatic injunction issues whether or not the alien needs or seeks emergency relief, whether or not the court has jurisdiction over the alien’s claims, and no matter how frivolous the alien’s claims may be,” the suit says. “And it does so in the immigration context, thus intruding on core Executive Branch powers.”

The suit names the U.S. and U.S. Department of Homeland Security as plaintiffs.

The Maryland district court had no comment, Chief Deputy Clerk David Ciambruschini said in an email.

The Trump administration has repeatedly clashed with federal judges over its deportation efforts.

One of the Maryland judges named as a defendant in Tuesday’s lawsuit, Paula Xinis, has called the administration’s deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to El Salvador illegal. Attorneys for Abrego Garcia have asked Xinis to impose fines against the administration for contempt, arguing that it ignored court orders for weeks to return him to the U.S. from El Salvador.

And on the same day the Maryland court issued its order pausing removals, a federal judge in Boston said the White House had violated a court order on deportations to third countries with a flight linked to South Sudan.

A fired justice department lawyer said in a whistleblower complaint made public Tuesday that a top official at the agency had suggested the Trump administration might have to ignore court orders as it prepared to deport Venezuelan migrants it accused of being gang members.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said court injunctions “designed to halt” the president’s agenda have undermined his authority since the first hours of his administration.

“The American people elected President Trump to carry out his policy agenda: this pattern of judicial overreach undermines the democratic process and cannot be allowed to stand,” she said in a statement announcing the lawsuit against Maryland’s district court.

The order signed by Russell says it aims to maintain existing conditions and the potential jurisdiction of the court, ensure immigrant petitioners are able to participate in court proceedings and access attorneys and give the government “fulsome opportunity to brief and present arguments in its defense.”

In an amended order, Russell said the court had received an influx of habeas petitions after hours that “resulted in hurried and frustrating hearings in that obtaining clear and concrete information about the location and status of the petitioners is elusive.”

The Trump administration has asked the Maryland judges to recuse themselves from the case. It wants a clerk to have a federal judge from another state hear it.

That's interesting.

Is it a justiciable case?

How can a federal judge in a federal court rule on a complaint against federal judges and federal courts?

Roberts, you fucked up not disciplining your woke-ass tyrannical unelected children. Now you get to figure this one out.

Some of the members here are die-hard pessimists. President Trump didn’t expend energy and political capital getting Kash confirmed as FBI Director for no reason.

“Patel plans to hand over to Congress on Wednesday proof that former FBI Director Christopher Wray lied to Congress.”

Wray will likely be subpoenaed and questioned, under oath, by R-dominated Congressional committees. He’ll be in a hard spot.

I doubt that he’ll be imprisoned, but he’ll be revealed as a bureaucratic hack that valued his exalted position more than American election integrity.

“Donald Trump sent out a strong call for Israel to cancel its corruption case against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after the president said they 'went through HELL together.'

It's a far cry from the day before, when Trump told the press 'I'm not happy with Israel' over the violations by both the Jewish State and Iran of the ceasefire he helped bring.

Netanyahu is the first Israeli prime minister will take the stand as a criminal defendant, over charges of accepting tens of thousands of dollars' worth of cigars and champagne from a billionaire Hollywood producer in exchange for assisting him with personal and business interests.

Trump wrote a lengthy post to Truth Social defending Netanyahu in the wake of one of Israel's 'greatest moments in history.'

'BREAKING NEWS…I was shocked to hear that the State of Israel, which has just had one of its Greatest Moments in History, and is strongly led by Bibi Netanyahu, is continuing its ridiculous Witch Hunt against their Great War Time Prime Minister!'

'Bibi and I just went through HELL together, fighting a very tough and brilliant longtime enemy of Israel, Iran, and Bibi could not have been better, sharper, or stronger in his LOVE for the incredible Holy Land.' …”

“A world-renowned economist has changed his tune on President Donald Trump's tariffs.

Torsten Sløk, a chief economist at Apollo Global Management, posted a new note admitting that his initial reaction to the policy may have been wrong.

'Maybe the administration has outsmarted all of us,' he wrote.

The admission comes just months after Sløk warned the tariffs would be ‘painful’ and economically destabilizing.

Experts speaking to DailyMail.com warned that Americans should take his note with a grain of salt.

But now, he's framing the President’s policy as a clever long-game — one that invites global negotiation while increasing federal revenue.

In the note, Sløk outlined a potential scenario: the White House could maintain its current tariff rates — 10 percent on most imports, 30 percent on Chinese goods — and give trade partners a year to negotiate with the White House.

Extending the current 90-day pause on new tariffs, he argued, would give American companies time to plan ahead and could help stabilize markets.

'This would seem like a victory for the world and yet would produce $400 billion of annual revenue for US taxpayers,' he added. …”
