A few months back I decided I wanted to learn how to do handstands. I thought it would be a relatively easy move to perform and could get it after a couple tries.

It ended up taking me some 3 months just to get to the point where I could do it at all but only against a wall so far. Turns out that there's a lot of people attempting this, and that it's this major journey to develop the balance, upper body strength, and even mental power to combat the fear of flipping yourself upside down.

So wondering if any of ya on the forum possesses any kind of special skill or ability that most people lack. What's your super power? (And let's keep this one clean, okay-dokay?)

Ride a unicycle.

I learned how back in high school.

A couple years ago I mentioned it to a coworker.
He did not believe me, so he went onto amazon and bought a unicycle.
He brought that thing into work and said "put up or shut up".
So I then proceeded to ride it around the office - much to the dismay of my boss's boss who only saw the possibility of injury and lawsuits :P

Well... My thumbs are double jointed, so I can make a "L" outta them pointing either direction from the bend, if'n I wanna.

If pressed, and presented with an adequate amount of ice cold milk to accompany it, I can eat an entire package of Little Debbie Nutty Bars. That count?

If it's something you're proud of, why the heck not? Great responses so far.

I can understand complex machines and concepts pretty easily. Just in general, not the nitty gritty of it, just the executive summary version of it.

It's always came in handy when troubleshooting complex systems I've never seen before. Since I've been an electrician for many years and now more recently oversee mechanical, building monitoring, fire alarm, electrical, and other systems at work my ability to quickly understand how something works helps me a lot.

Along the same lines I'm really good at deductive reasoning, process of elimination, and logic. This also helps with troubleshooting new problems I've never seen.

I bought 3 balls from Amazon last year and watched some videos and tried to learn this unique skill - big fail.

Hit a man sized target at 500 yds with iron sights (rifle- I’m not jerry miculek)

I’ve got a pretty good BS detector (prolly all that policing helped hone that)
