I guess if prosecuting them is off the table then suing to seize assets makes sense in theory. Not sure how deep the pockets are on 15-25 year olds with little going for them beyond repping the 'hood and slangin.

What is Chicago’s conviction rate for assault, rape, murder in its various forms, drug possession and distribution? My sense is that it’s abysmal.

If you can’t investigate, prosecute and convict crime successfully, how will you be successful civilly?

Maybe they'll just start garnishing the thugs' wages.

If Soros installed Crook County DA Kim Foxx has to be on board with this I doubt it will ever happen.
