The success of a solution usually depends upon your point of view
| I'm never sure if I'm sorry or congratulations is the appropriate response. My first marriage lasted less then a year. She waited until I was out at sea for a week, cleaned out the apartment, and left. She had issues and I'm pretty sure if I had treated her like shit and slapped her around a little she would still be here but I'm not wired that way. My 2nd wife was part of the couple my 1st wife and I were closest to. She was a witness for my first marrage and the 4 of us hung out together all the time. A few years later they split up. She moved back to Jax, and she started hanging out with me and my diving friends and things went from there. We’ve been together for around 35 years.

Your wife #1 and my #1 sound very similar, it did last quite a bit longer in my case but it did end the same.

Sounds like they should all just live together.

| 4 years divorced from marriage #1, not in a hurry for anything serious. I dabble a little, that’s about it. Sometimes I just put my phone on airplane mode & go about life. The rest of the times it’s on silent. |
