A large barking dog I might add. Does not seem sensible. Probably related to the scruffy adult bicyclists who travel in the middle of your lane with the rising sun at their backs just like the Japanese zeros did. Almost forgot. Don black clothing at night with no light and peddle down the middle of the road.

I roll my eyes when I see children in shopping carts. Not babies or toddlers that can sit in the purpose-made seat, that's fine, but in the 8-12-year-old range sitting in the main portion, taking most of it up. These children are plenty grown enough to walk alongside.

Dogs inside any place of business...except maybe a late-night bar in podunk wherever.

And I love dogs. My dogs.

This silliness has gotten out of hand no different than the tranny shit. If you can't handle going to the grocery store without having your pet alongside you, YOU ARE MENTALLY ILL. Period.

Leave them home or leave them in the car.

I wish my photos were organized on my shit. I have photos of a duck, and peacock, as support animals that were admitted to the plane. The duck had these things on the webbed feet to prevent us normies from getting cut. Nothing surprises me anymore. By the time I saw the Peacock, from a passenger’s phone/social medias, and it was allowed by TSA, etc, I said the US is lost my man. Holy F.

I was in the pet store not long ago and two dog owners were having a conversation and not paying much attention to their leashed dogs. I watched one of the dogs lift it's leg on open dog bones on the bottom shelf. Never buy open anything from the bottom shelf at the pet store.

My favorite grocery store has a sign on the door. Service Animals are welcome. Emotional Support animals are not allowed. Smile

Raise your hand if you still get the cart going fast, then jump on the bar between the rear wheels for the ride.

I think if you actually need what we used to call a seeing eye dog, then yes they should be allowed in the store. But this whole support animal bullshit has got out of hand. If you have to push your dog around in a cart in the store, you can't need it that bad.

Yeah, they're an "accessory", now. Nobody even goes through the motion of buying a fake "support animal" vest on ebay, today.

Despite the large [~3ft tall sandwich sign] stating no animals outside service animals, prominently posted at the entrance door, still see a lot of dogs [in the cart, in a purse/backpack, etc] in the nearest grocery store to my house [Market St HEB, for those N Houston familiar].
All that I've seen have been well behaved, but still a blatant disregard of the policy.

Since it’s impossible to challenge people about their support animals, it’s one of those things you have to just suck it up and deal with. But I see these people dragging around multiple dogs inside a store. There’s no way they’re all support dogs.

You have to lean over the shopping basket to perform weight distribution or you’ll flip it. Might bust your ankle, or your ass, as we don’t weigh what we did as kids. Weight distribution is important!

I sure agree. For years our student apartments were "pet free" we openly refused tenants with pets and no one complained. Then the federal government made it so landlords cannot refuse any tenant with "an emotional animal". If we even say that we do we'll be fined and certainly sued. So all the students have to do to bring their cat, dog, whatever pet to live with them is pay for a slip from their doctor, a specialist, or can be bought on-line, and then they are protected by federal law.
As a whole, students are probably the worst ones to even have a pet. They leave in the morning for classes often not returning until late afternoon only to leave again for evening study or "social activities" to return late night.

What about people with allergies to animals? I wish at least it was like handicap regulation in that we had to set aside 1 or 2 units for "challenged tenants who require animals" and the rest could be pet and urine free.

Publx's just cracked down on this around here. Signs outside stating "service dogs only. No emotional support animal." I overheard a manager explaining to a woman that just because she felt calmer with little fluffy near her, didn’t qualify fluffy as a service animal, and she would have to leave it outside. I snickered when she complained that she couldn’t leave fluffy outside, that she have to take it all the way home and then come back and the manager said "that would be fine, thank you."
