Jason’s Donuts here in Eagle River. Best damn donuts ever and apple fritters to die for. Every now and then they do specialties like cherry fritters or fireweed and honey glazed donuts. Closed Sundays and Mondays. Open at 0600 and close once they sell out which is rarely past 0800. My daughter can deflate your daughter's soccer ball. | |||

While historically made in Chicago for nearly a century, the brand is now owned by Pacific Cycle, a division of Dorel Industries (a Canadian conglomerate), which imports the bikes for mass-market retailers. I typically buy Duluth Trading Co. stuff when it's on clearance or a good sale. I like that they offer "tall" sizes, because I have a long torso. So far the items that I have purchased are still wearable. I used to buy jeans at Bass Pro Shops, usually on Black Friday. Their Redhead jeans were practically identical to Levi's, in fit and wear, and were made in Mexico. Probably just a re-branded Levi's. Anyway, in 2019, the 2 pairs that I bought were made in Malaysia. Within 6 months, both pairs had fabric failures / rips, not in seams, but the actual denim itself in the thigh area. Almost like the fabric was rotten. I still check their jeans, but as long as BPS sources them from Asia, no sale. A lot of "name brand" car parts are now made in 3rd world areas, with questionable quality. | |||
