In an article on FoxNews this morning, James Talarico (Texas Senate candidate) is quoted:
Admittedly, I'm taking one statement from an entire article. But my statement remains. By saying that dangerous people ought not have guns, he's essentially admitting that the gun is not the problem, right? Who gets to decide who is a “dangerous person”? The goal posts on Red Flag laws will move until everyone who desires a firearm for self defense will be prohibited. You and I may know it’s not the gun, it’s the crazy person pulling the trigger.
