That has to have sent shockwaves through the leftist in charge! Now they have to decide, do we appeal it and potentially send it to SCOTUS ending all carry restrictions in place nationwide with a full open carry ruling.  | |||

Not wanting to be Johnny Raincloud, but... The pattern with these in CA has been for the state to request En Banc review, the 9th granting it, and then dragging the process out interminably. So, don't hold your breath, it could be a long wait for it to reach SCOTUS. | |||
