The pattern with these in CA has been for the state to request En Banc review, the 9th granting it, and then dragging the process out interminably.

So, don't hold your breath, it could be a long wait for it to reach SCOTUS.

If open carry is so dangerous and results in blood in the streets, why have so many leftards moved to TX and AZ and ID where carry is prevalent? Things that make you say Hmmmmm....
