I agree with many already mentioned, a few more come to mind. I'm sure there are many more I need to remember.

Apollo 13 even though we know the ending and I just watched it the other night. I often have a bigger reaction to Movies based on true events; life is stranger than fiction.
Unforgiven, this is a gun forum right?

Fight Club the first time I watched it. Sixth Sense and Memento had similar impact.
