"Most forums" are not free. You have to put up with a barrage of advertisements, or possible pay a membership fee. Our gracious host here on SIGforum bears the total cost of running this place. Why should he fund additional storage and bandwidth to support photo storage?

Worked a special event for my EMS job today. Xtreme Xperience was at Michigan International Speedway the past 4 days. Company had a rig on standby for them. Got to go for a ride in the yellow Porsche.

I've been going to Brianhead Peak for nearly 20 years. At 11,000 ft there is a shelter built by the CCC in the 1930s. Over the years it deteriorated and was in bad need of renovation. The renovation was completed this Spring, I visited yesterday.

I took this in 2024, the roof had blown off during a windstorm.


Taken on 8/6/2026, Little Red Riding Hood thought this was their place, saw me taking a picture and went ahead and sat down on a pad to meditate.

It was 94° with 21% humidity, this is low for this time of the year.

Same temps here but 70-80% humidity. Sounds like heaven in AZ

A new H&K (actually made by Walther/Umarex) G36 .22 LR, that I picked up a couple of weeks ago. A lot of fun that I found selling for less than $350.00. It shoots great and for summer indoor matches (when it's 100+ degrees outside), it's a far less expensive alternative to shooting even the least expensive 9mm rounds.
