A good Monsoon season doesn't happen every year. Right now we're seeing some much needed rain, downside are lightning caused fires and mudslides. I took these two photos from my yard on Friday, first at 4 PM, rainbow at 8 PM.

Today? A couple of mushrooms beside the .22 range.

I’m still shocked how vibrant mushrooms can be.

I wish I had taken pics of the larger ones too.

These two were fairly small -- 2" diameter or less. There were a few over there -- big ol' solid white ones -- in the 8" diameter range.

I wish I could post on the site. Got a beautiful
pic of a Gnome Village of mushrooms I'd love to post. I can post on every forum I'm on but this one and I can't figure out why.
Any ideas?

The way to post photos here is discussed at length in this thread:

Ok, thanks Sigfreund. I don't and won't use a hosting site. I used to years ago, a well known site still in use, but a friend sent me an email telling me he seen my picture on a site. I never
used this particular site and when I went to it, yep, there was my picture. I purged the hosting site and never went back.
I just won't post pictures on this site but I appreciate the help.

I understand the frustration about dealing with things like hosting sites. The photos I have on a couple of hosting sites aren’t a big deal for me, but there are some that would matter. It’s mildly amusing to get regular emails claiming that accounts I’ve never heard of but which I supposedly have on the mist/fog/cloud? someplace are going to be blocked from my access. It’s obviously something that would be important to some people, though, or otherwise scammers wouldn’t be using that as a way to scam people.

In any event, some of us have been known to post limited numbers of photos for other members if they are sent to us, but then the photos are just on another hosting site.
