^^^^^ SW Sig, I'd swear I'd seen those pictures somewhere else recently--are you a member of Ugly Hedgehog? Have you posted them somewhere else?

No, I have not posted them before.

My wife and I drove up to Amicalola Falls State Park yesterday which is where I took the pics. This was our first time there.

What are those tall masts for? They don't look like sail rigs. Perhaps for fishing nets?

From my backyard observatory NGC 891 (also known as Caldwell 23 or Silver Sliver Galaxy) is an edge-on unbarred spiral galaxy about 30 million light-years away in the constellation Andromeda. It was discovered by William Herschel on October 6, 1784.

Celebrating my first ATFE approved "SBR"!!! It only took two months from the time I mailed by check and documents until I received my approval and stamp!!! Got rid of that stupid brace, replaced it with a Magpul stock and a vertical grip. Shoots great! (Can you tell I'm a happy camper? Smile)

Not today, but one of my favorites:

I have the feeling this may be a little too big but I've been dabbling in some astrophotography this summer. This image was rushed because I was running out of time but I still like the way it turned out. I've wanted to reshoot it but the weather has not worked out and the Milky Way season is almost over for the year.

I was out on a motorcycle ride yesterday when I came upon these 3 Ford GTs at the side of the road after a Tail of the Dragon run. All down from Ontario.
