I hear that. Now Christmas Season in the Great Sonoran Desert starts out pretty normal...

...then as you move more outside... things start looking a bit different...

OK, that is NOT going to be a snowy holiday card!

Bottom line: you don't have to shovel sunshine.

There's a good reason so many of us Canucks head south after the holidays and stay there til there's no more chance of the white stuff - global warming? Bring it on LOL!

Oooh! I love your jingle-bell bush!

If you really want something you'll find a way ...
... if you don't you'll find an excuse.

I'm really not a "kid" anymore ... but I haven't grown up yet either Wink

Thanks kk and flashguy, they are silver ball ornaments.
This is the 18th consecutive Christmas season that I have put this particular decoration up in our front yard and entrance way. The very first year, while I was just finishing placing the last few ornaments, a very nice older neighbor lady paused to admire them. She then said to me, "I just love your balls!"
After quickly checking my fly, I thanked her. Having my balls out every year still makes me chuckle when I think back on that morning 18 years ago.

And here's what I photographed this AM:
