kicking my self,
I missed a great opp. to snap a pic of four big geese and 7 little geese crossing the busy highway.

the small one's were still full of down.

we watched from the car as everyone waited with the parent's by the side of the asphalt.
then once one of the parents got to the center line.

the rest of them waddled across, behind her/him

Took a day to do some hiking while in Colorado this last weekend. Goal was to hike echo lake to summit lake but I had to turn back after 5 miles due to being in piss poor shape, low on water, and a storm coming in. Mostly the piss poor shape though.

Wildfires are bad, but the smoke makes for some dramatic sunsets.

Not today, but a few days ago.
This and the earlier moonset photo were taken with a Pentax K100, not a phone.

My daughter, I was standing behind the photographer doing her senior pictures ... Except mine were with my iphone7 ... I'm sure there will be a big difference in quality!

An interesting looking old door. I've never seen one like that with a simple six lite transom above. It almost looks like they took one half of a double hung window and stuck it above the door.
