Can't speak to HF 3 but I have a HF 1 for my P228. It rides well for me, conceals well, and I can wear it all day long as well as any other OWB holster I have for my 228.

I have an HF3 for my 3" 625-3. Very comfortable & well built. Tucker & Wright Leather Works are the only two places I buy leather holsters from. Always top notch.

I ordered one several months ago. It should be arriving early August. It’s an absolutely stunning holster. My new to me S&W 686 PC 2.5 is waiting for its partner.

Not exactly the same but I have one for 1911's. In a word it's perfect. Rides very close and distributes the weight of an all steel pistol very well.
