Took the family to see Wonder. We loved it. It’s not often that my 11 year old daughter, 14 year old son, wife and myself all like the same movie. Its sweet, funny, and has a great message. My son read the book in 7th grade, and was pretty excited to see it. He says it was well cast. _________________________ You do NOT have the right to never be offended.

My wife watched it with a girlfriend. They liked it. I saw the trailer. I'm sure it's a good feel good movie. I've seen worse movies. "It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

I usually am not one of those "the book was better" asshats, but from what I gathered from the book, his face was supposed to be way more messed up than it was in the film.
