I got a Million of 'em! |
I keep a couple of maces for shoulder mobility and to work in with kettlebell training and to use with ballistic exercises. Just like with KBs, if you do it right, you get a great resistance and cardio training in the same workout. I would say buy light first. I bought a 20# first thinking it would be no problem because it was less than half the weight of my usual KB workout but that big ball suspended way out on the handle really messes with you. I ended up starting with a 10#. | |||
