Just watched it again - hadn’t seen it in years. Such a beautiful movie. Great music too.

I enjoyed that movie. However, I never did pick up until I watched some youtube videos that his girlfriend that kept him going through his ordeal on the island was already having an affair with the dentist and that she was on the verge of dumping him right before his plane crashed.

Kind of a sad movie but one of hope also.

No shit? Hmmmm, I'd have to watch it again, but I never saw that in the movie. Still can't recall what would make one think that.

I've seen the same video. It makes some interesting points, as I recall.

Fed Ex got a lot of free advertising in that movie. The producers were provided the actual trucks, courier uniforms and everything else you see in the movie. The only stipulation put forth by Fed Ex is no Fed Ex logo's were to be seen during the crash scene. I was working for them at the time. Every delivery you made people asked you about the movie as if you had some inside info or were in it. That went on for nearly a year.

Well I disagree. That's a whole lot of conjecture and basically working backwards from a preconceived notion. Sounds like that dude just doesn't like or trust women. He could probably make a similar video about almost any female character in any movie.

I can't say that video was terribly convincing.

I remember going reluctantly to the theater to see it.
The whole way there I was thinking
Very boring premise
One actor,
Close to no dialogue.

Dreading it.

But , pre judging but me in the petard.

I gave it a 7.6

Safety, Situational Awareness and proficiency.
