I'm a fan of Tim Allen, especially "Tool Time". He has a new show on the History Channel with his former sidekick Richard Karn. It's fun to watch three creative contestants try to complete working projects within a strict time frame. https://www.msn.com/en-us/ente...ard-karn/ar-BB19CCoR

I really wanted to like this show. Not just its premise but I think it's produced by the same people who do the much better "Forged in Fire". There's no chemistry on "Assembly Required", clumsy, forced and jokey to a fault. Set the controls for the heart of the Sun.

I watched ep #1. It fell a bit flat although it picked up a tiny bit in the end. I've always liked Tim Allen so I will watch an episode or two more but the show definitely needs work. Perhaps they can work it out, I hope so.

It just never seemed to really gel. Bad jokes and they didn't really show them building the things. Pretty weak Don't weep for the stupid, or you will be crying all day

I tried to like it as well although some cool things, just too forced... which made it very unfunny

I watched it last week because I've watched April Wilkerson on youtube for a few years. I wasn't very turned on by the show but was happy for April, she's worked her butt off and it was neat to see her on tv.
