Very weird then too.

Shatner is a joke but to his credit, he lets you know he's in on the joke.

Shatner was on a tour at the first of this year (before covid) and was advertised to be at one of our local huge casinos one evening as a touring act.

I didn't go but I kept wondering and even asking my buddies what they thought he would do for a couple of hours on stage to entertain a crowd.

No one had the slightest idea what he did for his act.

Maybe he does things like this?

He's famous for being famous, so to speak, and of course for his movies and tv, but what can he do to entertain for a couple hours? I had thought he might reminiscence and tell stories of his life and career. Who knew?
