I streamed this last night on Kodi after my daughter told me I should watch it and I am actually glad i did.

My only complaint is that Margot Robbie was WAY too hot to play Tonya Harding!

Stream it? It’s in the theaters. Downloading illegally?

Kodi is totally legal but recent news from the Motion Picture Association of America has revealed that around 70 per cent of all Kodi users still stream content illegally via add-ons

I only ask because this type of thing is what increases cost to my movie theater ticket, Netflix, and Blu-Ray purchase.

Margot looked the part in this movie, trailer trash. Allison Janey stole the show. She was brilliant in this and will hopefully get considerable Best Supporting Actress support at the Oscars. Her comebacks and cursing in this was stunningly brilliant.

More revisionist history. The bad guy becomes an object of sympathy. Only in liberal Hollywood.

After seeing the trailer, reading People magazine, watching Nightline, Entertainment Tonight, Inside edition, reading several reviews, interviews with her mother, just generally being exposed to all the over-promotion of the film, I kind of got the gist of the thing, After all that, why would I be inclined to go see it ?

I saw an interview with a reporter who closely covered the story as it happened, and she said the movie did turn Harding into a sympathetic figure, whereas in reality, in real time, the adult she was was no such thing. I'm sure that's a recurring tactic in "based on a true story" movie making. The movie Monster might be another example of this.

(Drifting a bit here) that's the seeming dilemma regarding all adult assholes who were horribly mistreated as children. I personally feel sorry for the child they were, and even feel sorry for them in a way as an adult, but still hold them responsible for their behavior.

i saw it and it was funnier than shit. i don't read magazines, watch t.v., or read reviews before i see a movie that i want to see. it does not profess to be a documentary. one reason alone to see this is Allison Janney. as i was waiting for this to play, i looked up Australian director Craig Gillespie's other films, and i liked The Finest Hours (2016), and then streamed Lars and the Real Girl (2007) and it was fantastic, and also funnier than shit. not always the case, but when the director is not American, there's a good chance that they are immune to the holly wood disease.

I remember the story from real life. That was more than enough for me.

Kerrigan or Harding ? If Kerrigan, that makes two of them.

I saw it and came away with a different take on the story. I enjoyed it. I always thought Kerrigan was a goody two shoes.
