You just gotta keep looking. I ended up selling my first PS5 to a coworker for her kid's Easter. I ended up getting another X sometime after and another PS5. All at regular price. They're out there, just have to catch'em.

To get either a PS5 or series X you can use now in stock on telegram app. It’ll send you an alert when they are in stock. Have to ask fast but I have gotten several that way for family and co-workers.
