Why don’t you fix your little problem and light this candle |
When I got married, I was told that you should be careful what you do and give on your wedding. I bought my new wife a perfume called 'Jess' and to this day it is my favorite but they quit making it shortly after we got married. but on our honeymoon, specifically on July 4th, we went to see Independence Day in the theater in Fort Lauderdale. It started out innocent enough, on our anniversary it had just come out on video, so we rented it. After the girls came along they started insisting on us watching it together. 28 years later, we have watched this movie every July 4th. WE do have a lot of fun, grilling out, launching fireworks and then going inside to watch ID4 This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it. -Rear Admiral (Lower Half) Joshua Painter Played by Senator Fred Thompson

A classic for the holiday. I also like The Patriot. Staring back from the abyss |
Google seems to disagree. Not to derail the thread, but perfume (and scents in general) is a funny thing. An old girlfriend used to wear a perfume that I can't recall the name of exactly. Amour something or another. Anyway, that scent on her always just made my knees go weak. I hadn't smelled it in probably 15-20 years when I walked by a woman wearing it and caught a whiff of it. My mind immediately went back to my time with that girl and I caught up to that woman and told her "thank you". She probably thought I was crazy...which I kind of am. ________________________________________________________ "Great danger lies in the notion that we can reason with evil." Doug Patton.
