Those must have been pretty wild times in Miami back then - I thought “Griselda” was entertaining at best.

I’ve seen other documentaries on that era … “Cocaine Cowboys” being one of them.

I started watching, not sure if I got to part 2 or not because it's one of those shows when I stop for the night it doesn't draw me back in right away. It is ok as far as I got, I'm sure I'll finish it at some time. Maybe it's because I've seen most of the other shows of this type.

Wife and I watched. Wasn't great but also wasn't horrible. Overall, I won't re-watch it in a few years but don't feel I wasted my time either. Also gotta say that they made Sofia Vergara look horrible, which didn't help in my opinion.

I've watched it this week and thought it was entertaining and showed the story reasonably well.

No doubt a bit added for entertainment reasons but kept mostly to the story of her rise and fall.
Definitely a wild era in south Florida, even the true life version.

Worth watching in my opinion.

Decent enough to watch, some of the low budget effects got on my nerves

Nah. Cocaine Cowboys 2, or whatever it was called, covered Griselda extensively. They did such a good job I have no interest in this bullshit.

My wife and I watched it this past week. I'd rate it as about a B+. Interesting "based upon reality" plot, pretty good acting and production values. Worth watching if you've got nothing else in particular to view.

Haven't watched yet but one of the reasons it (and other similar) goes down on my list as it tends to glorify the Cartels and drug movement into the US, even if the bad guys get their just due in the end. Frown

I've watched Cocaine Cowboys the last few nights and it was good too, just more of a documentary.

Many of the characters seemed so likeable until you think of how many innocent people they've harmed.

How they got away with that for as long as they did is amazing.
