I was watching the silly movie Little Folkners and in the middle there is a scene where De Nero confronts the son in law's plumber who is digging up the back yard...Played by Harvey Keitel and I was just wondering how many movies those two have been in... I'm pretty sure of the first one which at that time had the most violent scene / shoot out I had ever seen in a movie.

You're referring to Scorsese's Taxi Driver and yes, it's a very graphic scene. Before that film, Keitel and DeNiro also starred in Scorsese's Mean Streets. As far as that "Fokkers" crap goes, I couldn't tell you. I'd rather have a root canal than watch stuff like that.
