I binged watched Season One of "The Bureau" on AMC+ this weekend and found it to be The first season introduces us to the French intelligence officer Malotru, who returns to Paris after six years of undercover work in Syria. The spy struggles to forget his undercover identity, train a young recruit, and investigate when a colleague disappears in Algeria. Great writing, acting, direction, and spot on when dealing with both the trade-craft of these agents and the political environment they operate in. I can't recommend this series highly enough, though you may need to sign up to the streaming service (AMC+), if you're not already a subscriber. There's five seasons of this series and I can only say it'd be worth subscribing only to watch this series, then (if so inclined) cancelling. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4063800/?ref_=ttep_ep_tt "I'm not fluent in the language of violence, but I know enough to get around in places where it's spoken."

Sounds great! I'm a streamer. Looks like it is available on Amazon Prime. That said, check out the old BBC mini-series Tinker, Taylor, Soldier, Spy. And then, follow that up with Smiley's People.
