When she is playing with both hands upon the guitars neck she never loses her pic. Just amazing talent.

Yeah...first time I saw both of these guys cover YYZ, I was just slack-jawed through the whole thing...

And a tribute to Neil...

"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

There is a claim that this lyre music is the oldest written music played. Impressive if only for that...

For talent and beauty Amy Turk playing Bach's Fugue on D Minor is my fave. I love the Stokowski transcription in Fantasia.

I realize this isn't for everyone, but anyone withe an interest in classical vocal music should check it out. Saw this Concert on TV in 1987; immediately bought the DVD when it came out! This was definitely a "WOW!!!"

I did not "discover" Boogie Woogie" on YouTube, had heard it all my life, mostly Jerry Lee Lewis. But YouTube did open up a whole world of Boogie Woogie for me (mostly from Europe). Switzerland's Sylvan Zingg hosts the International Boogie Woogie Festival ever year in Lugano Switzerland. He is currently one of the most accomplished artists on Boogie Woogie piano, but there are classics from the past I had never heard before also.

Sylvan with Pinetop's Boogie Woogie, composed by Clarence 'Pinetop' Smith in 1928, and also the first known use of the term Boogie Woogie on a record label:

And our own Dr. John, live at Montreux 1986 with Mac's Boogie:

Of course there are Boogie Woogie dance competitions, again mostly in Europe. Sylvan, again, with Maeve and William, (who won the world championship dance competitions in 2005, 2008, 2009, and 2010), dancing to the Boogie Woogie Stomp:

This impressed me. I can't say how talented she is as I'm not much of a musician but I thought the song lends itself to piano very well.
