Actress and writer Carrie Fisher’s death, which was followed closely by her mother Debbie Reynolds’, rocked the international Star Wars fan base at the end of 2016. But in this new five-minute tribute video to the late actress, you’ll catch never-before-seen Star Wars footage of a young Fisher as Princess Leia, as well as snippets of interviews from her and her co-stars. “Carrie’s an amazing and unique person. She’s got an incredible intellect. She’s got real courage,” Harrison Ford says. The video came out as a special addition to a Star Wars convention in Florida commemorating the original film’s 40th anniversary. The panel featured George Lucas, Ford, Fisher’s daughter Billie Lourd, Mark Hamill, and Billy Dee Williams. While no video can substitute for the real thing, we’ll take what we can get. “I think I am Princess Leia and Princess Leia is me,” Fisher says. “It’s like a Mobius striptease.” http://www.thedailybeast.com/a...ll-make-you-cry.html NRA Life Member - "Fear God and Dreadnaught" | ||

Cool tribute. Thanks for posting. I never knew she spoke French.
