First quote was from McQuade. It was when Dakota Brown was telling McQuade about Clark Richardsons widow. If the second quote was in there, I don’t remember it.



I remember Rip Torn saying that to Nick Nolte in Extreme Prejudice. They riding in Nolte’s Ramcharger and were discussing the current state of the “Department of Public Safety”

The quote, IIRC, was from Dakota Johnson to JJ McQuade as they were standing on the street together before a ceremony.

Both movies are good, Lone Wolf is one of Chuck's best right up there with Invasion USA. But Extreme Prejudice is my favorite Walter Hill film. In 2022 it finally got a good USA blu-ray disc.
