I watched this last night and thought it was great. A downer of a story to watch, but well played and great music. I wasn't aware of his place in the history of early rock and roll and jazz music.

I remember it being very well done.

They need to do similar films about the wrecking crew members and E. Presleys group

There is a 2008 movie about the Wrecking Crew. It's a documentary and reasonably well done. Quite a group of musicians.

I agree that Presley's band deserves a film. Perhaps the success of A Complete Unknown will spark interest.
