More Suzanne Vega. The original "Tom's Diner" from '87. The remix with DNA is from 1990ish.
This one also got lots of airplay on VH-1 back when.
Wanted to link Golden Earring's "Twilight Zone" but YT keeps wanting me to sign in to verify my age...! They may ask the same of everyone on the forum.

Thank you for that -- I hadn't heard that in so long that I'd forgotten about it. Coincidentally, I just heard the DNA remix (and played it loudly!) last Saturday.
God bless America.

Yes, I've been known to do that also in the privacy of my car on the remix. Another distinctive voice from those days was Natalie Merchant of 10,000 Maniacs.
The video seems about due for a restoration...

Fixed it for ya...
I linked to a different page that doesn't show the music video and only plays the song. This is one that was posted by the band itself.

The "Take On Me" remaster looks and sounds great. Several very often heard/watched videos in the last few posts. I guess YT didn't like the pics of the firearm or something on other "Twilight Zone".
Was just thinking about whether or not to post Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up"...

Ooh...Rick Roll. Naaawww.
Meanwhile...the album this is off of is pretty good, but it's this tune that most everyone knows:
And some early 80s melodrama:

Some of these have incredible numbers of views on YT. I love videos that tell a story..

A little Blues...double checked, and the movie was released in 1980.
A re-release of "Think", I think.
Thanks to Oddball's posting of a Pete Townshend work, I went looking for the vid of Townshend and daughter performing together...
