I'll never forget his taking apart of Rosie O'Donnell. Such a classy dude.

I grew up watching every single episode of Magnum PI on Thursday night. What really impressed into my young mind during that time watching it was how much honor and dignity was given to the three Vietnam Vets on the show. In a time when those Vets were not getting their due, Magnum PI treated them as friends who never gave up on each other. I remember that from the show way more than the girls and the red sports car.

Higgins is going to be a woman. I’m not joking.

With help from fellow vets Theodore "TC" Calvin and Orville "Rick" Wright, as well as that of disavowed former MI:6 agent Juliet Higgins,

I agree... but don't like his reverse mortgage add and I think his hair dye job is a little too much.

Loved Magnum P.I. and when he was in the show Vegas the best episode's sub plot was when he the owner of the casino was getting ready for some old friends to show up to play poker,,, at the end of the show Rick and TC walk in.....

I do have a gun complaint about one part of the Vegas show.... he and one of Security end up killing some hit men .. and the cops show up and he when asked says he has a permit for the gun he was carrying... correct me if I'm wrong about Nevada law.... He's the owner of the place, I'm pretty sure he does not need a permit to carry in his business.

I would bet that sometime in the not too distant he will be the face of the NRA, just like Charlton Heston was in the mid 90s.

Come on man, why would you post that? Everyone who's been here for any length of time knows that comments about people's appearance is how to instantly get a thread closed. It just happened the other day on a thread in the lounge.

This is my "happy place" and I avoid conflict here much as possible, but please don't get my thread shut down.

I am just saying they can't bring back magnum p.i. as it was , it would suck.

maybe he could be a tour boat captain ,
yeah , thats it , he would partner up with t.c. and they would have a tour company.

Betty white ain't doin the roles that she played 30 years ago either.

who cares what he looks like , , the fact is , he ain't Mr. Limber anymore

Magnum... greatest TV show ever. Of course I’ll watch the new one, but I know I’ll be sad. This from a guy who went on his honeymoon to Hawaii and spent 2 Days visiting show locations and swimming in Robins Nest tidal pool!

Yeah, I'm probably being too sensitive about your post. Sometimes I cannot tell the written line between "fun" and "mean".

You are taking me too literal! That's not what I meant at all.

Perfect. And I will add that certain stresses in my life are likely making me way too sensitive about certain things.

Being able to work stuff like this out online is just one more reason I consider this forum such a benefit.
