In reading the Federalist Papers I find references to some specific issues caused by the design of the Articles of Confederation that make me want to learn more about that specific period of US history.

I have a boatload of history books, but nothing focusing on the period just after victory in the Revolutionary War but before the establishment of the Constitution.

Anyone have any recommendations for good books focused on that period?
