This is new series starring Owen Wilson as a former golf pro who discovers a disheartened prodigy and convinces him to return to the game. This show started out fun and quirky. Unfortunately, the prodigy meets a girl a couple episodes in and falls hard for her. The problem I'm having is that the girl is queer, has a bunch of pronouns, and breathes leftwing idealogy whenever she speaks. It's extremely aggravating. I'm currently watching the fifth episode and have to convince myself to not shut it off. "I'm yet another resource-consuming kid in an overpopulated planet raised to an alarming extent by Hollywood and Madison Avenue, poised with my cynical and alienated peers to take over the world when you're old and weak!" - Calvin, "Calvin & Hobbes"

We started watching it. I’m growing increasingly disinterested, yeah the young woman is part of it, but I haven’t yet identified anything about the characters that makes me care what happens to them. I’m finding Owen Wilson annoys me too. I’ll see how committed my wife is to this series. _______________________________________________________ despite them

I love Owen Wilson. So sincere in his delivery, but yeah, this last episode kinda let me down. Girl annoyed me from the start, but I glossed that over. Still loving mitts with his curmudgeony attitude, but we all saw where that was going. I’ll continue to watch, and I do care about the 2 adult guys, but not too concerned with anyone else. __________________________ "Trust, but verify."
