Watching on neighbors TV while dog sitting.


A movie a day, three shows a day and lots of Price Is Right, is the total scope of my viewing.

The first three days were mostly surfing , hunting, etc.

With the technology most televisions have these days, I don't understand why there are "standard definition" and "high definition" versions of every channel. Just push one resolution and let the television figure it out--many have the capability to upscale.

And then there's the problem of popular channels having multiple versions spread across different channels. It's mostly bloat content, much of it redundant across channels.

It's one of the reasons why I haven't had television service since 2008.

On the subject of tv technology,

Shouldn't we be able to watch what ever news ,weather , sports and programing from wherever we want, ? Whenever we want ?
Regardless of what ever market we are in or they are in .

Samsung TV has over a thousand channel numbers, not sure if they skipped some or not,

I usually catch an episode or 2 of Rockford Files or the original Hawaii 5-0. once in a while,


we also have pluto tv app downloaded, great for STar Trek , and some British shows
